Great question

All they have to do is show decent cash flow, pro forma numbers projecting self funding/break even, followed by end of dilution and a share buy back...we'll then be looking at getting off the OTCBB and on the NASD. However, this comes at the expense of alot of pain for most of us, as many are still well under water. That said, I'm seriously impressed by todays news and can only imagine what other NDA's will be publicised soon. The fact that they were willing to protect e-Bay against any/all patent suits was simply unprecedented and speaks volumes as to the strength of the IP, irrespective of yet another PTO re-exam - which I personally believe will have little effect if any, and will be settled in very short order.
