trying to get caught up to speed here... where does it state what the new authorized will be?... and i see the note holders get 93.09% of the issued and outstanding shares...is this good that the note holders should be strong hands?..or is it bad in that current holders are left with about 7% of the action going forward?... anyone?... i'm not familiar with this kind of action...
