Rheingold was 73% of gross sales

leaving 27% for the Mexcor spirits business. 27% of the $144k in gross sales is $39k Calculation.

which should have no cost of sales associated with it.
"This decrease in gross margin is attributable to the transition of our business model to a royalty-based revenue operation from a wholesale revenue model"

By my calculation, that leaves Rheingold with about $105k in gross sales and gross margin of ($9k) or about negative 9% for the quarter. Calculation.
