Yes that is becoming clear to me now. It looks like a fit but it took outside D D to figure it out just recently whereas the Co. did not clarify it at all over the past 12 months. We seem to get most of the info by way of the 'diggers' on this site. Anyhow I'm about ready to accept that and it answers 2 of my long-standing questions .. who are the Special Consultants and who are the Financiers ? Good. But now .. SO WHAT ???????? Who are these guys and who did they ever beat as they say in boxing ? I don't see anything so great. In fact it is alluded that they lost over $3 million last year. To get an Asian listing is almost impossible for small exploration companies. KAT could not even qualify for the TSX.V. But in the end it still goes back to the quality of the mineral properties. This is why they couldn't get a TSX.V listing in the first place. And the situation has not improved very much since then. If Rusty does not click for them it will be a very serious setback. Another thing that disturbs me is that C D I I is based in Florida where a lot of scammy stock market companies and promoters seem to congregate. And by another coincidence the KAT Webmaster is in Florida. Incidentally whoever that person is they sure don't know how to do up a proper exploration Company website. Very amateurish. Well the pieces are now falling into place and I won't be around much longer. I also want to find out the mysterious details about the initial $5 million financing and the shares involved. And the price of the new KATG financing .. I say around 2 cents a share. And of course the Rusty results. I hope before Christmas but that is looking doubtful right about now.
