FYI, i just called the TA. the OS is now 580,781,853.

that's an increase of 9,607,366, from the former 571,174,487.

if we had a warrant holder going back to the window for another load, they can hold 4.99% each.

if so, i would have expected the OS to increase by 28.5M, or double that if both A&P were reloading.

this is interesting.

if it's not one of the private placement holders, then did briscoe issue someone, or some other entity, an equity stake?

just thinking out loud, speculating on connections here between recent events and the change in share structure.
