Confirmed that SSPT does not have any equity ownership in the company that currently owns all ShotPak assets and sells the ShotPak products.

Mr. Murray:

You apparently replied to an e-mail earlier today regarding SSPTD stock and indicated that Shot Spirits never paid for the option to buy 15% of ShotPaQ LLC. Does this mean that Shot Sprits does not own equity in either that entity or BPG?

I realize that you are not a director or officer of Shot Spirits and that inquires to you about the company or the stock are misplaced. However, I wanted to confirm my interpretation of your comment regarding the lack of exercising the option to buy 15% equity -- that Shot Spirits Corporation has no equity in either BPG or ShotPaQ LLC.

You are correct. They do not own any equity in either company.
