The only trouble is that Jim Wernett is a liar and a conman, and his email is exactly what you'd expect him to write.

Natural Nano was set up as a front for Technology Innovations, LLC, and then used as a toxic finance vehicle for Platinum and Longview, two private toxic finance companies that turned out to be controlled by TI, in fact by Wernett himself, using the traditional pump, dump, MegaDilute and toxic convertible scheme.

Private retail investors lost millions to the various cons operated by TI out of their Schoen Place, Pittsford offices, inclduding NNAN and Biophan.

And of course, that other scam, Combotex the brand spanking new "acquisition" of NNAN.
