This one smells pretty fishy.

This company hasn't had any operations in years - no SEC filings, nothing.

Then suddenly on November 22, 2010 the same person that registered the website for Supatcha Resources Inc, Dale Bernhart registers a web site for this company hosting it out of Panama. (Supatcha btw the way is a well known gold mining scam company at this point)

SRGE's first PR coincides with the demise of SAEI. Suddenly they have $2 million to buy some gold mine? Not likely.

Buyer beware on this one. If there has a real connection to SAEI it'll be found and the investigators looking at SAEI will end up looking at this company too.
