From the Bloomberg report about the fraudulent use of Prokhorov's name:

A call to Supatcha’s office in Denver wasn’t answered. A
woman identifying herself as Lisa, who answered a call to the
investor-relations phone number listed on Supatcha’s website,
declined to comment, give her full name or the identity of her
employer.

A call to the Thunder Bay, Ontario, telephone number listed
by Suptacha on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s
website was answered by a woman who said the number was for a
company called Auto One Car Care and Service Centre. The woman
declined to give her name.

The former CEO of Supatcha Resources Inc, Donald Axent, is the owner and operator of Auto-One International according to his bio in the SEC filings:

Background of officers and directors

Since our inception on August 21, 2007, Donald Axent has been our president, chief executive officer and director, William Kosoris has been our secretary and director, and, Brian Matsun has been our treasurer, chief financial officer and director.

Mr. Axent , since 1994, Mr. Axent has been a self employed owner and operator of Auto-One International, a retail and wholesale auto sale business and of Auto-One Car Care & Service Centre, an auto service and repair business, both businesses located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Axent has acted as President and director of of Tao Minerals Ltd., an OTC Bulletin Board listed company, from September 2003 until March 2006. As well he is President of D.A. Axent Limited, a Holding Company, since 1975.

Just found that interesting. You would think if Axent was the CEO of SAEI for as long as he was that they would have heard of SAEI at Auto-One unless the woman is new or they just didn't want to be connected to current management. I don't know.
