so what it is it i'm looking for? .. since i'm chart challenged
and imo the OTC is one toxic cesspool ... i look for legit co.s
that imo stand the chance of surviving .. then i take MM activity
and reg sho data and try and discern patterns in play

basics are closing pps (green = close up/red = close down and
blue = an even close) then volume and reg sho data coupled with
MM activity i observe daily on rt l2 (real time level 2 .. i use
equity feed for their MM logs)

so taking the month of november's stats ~ notice the 15 days'
percentages for reg sho run above 40 percent
then check the volume

then look at what has happened so far this month .. notice not
one day with percentages *BELOW* 45 percent
until yesterday .. think it was any coincidence that citron
released that sloppy report? .. but one day's data won't tell
the tale .. there are all sorts of games that can be undertaken
to show *low* reg sho info (plus it was a friday and no one can
argue that some were taking profits after this *strength*)

which is why i tend to view patterns shown out over days/weeks
and months

also notice when *BLOCKS* .. trade b4 or ah's .. it happened
for the past few days .. and that data also matters since
those trades bypass finra's reg sho (of substance it can impact
percentages)

lastly my rule of thumb is volume and percentages matter


HHWW Total Share Volume 23,184,381 ~ NOV 2010

with 8 days down for DEC 2010 .. HHWW has traded over 40M+ shares
(almost double NOV)

i plan to try and provide this info (updated weekly) .. as i said
what is not to love on HHWW .. for me it's ideal 'cos it just
started trading early NOV .. which makes it incredibly easy to
track
