Clean shell company's can be worth between $100k and 500k dependant mainly on share structure and any debt, so there is a value here which (if the company is debt free which it appears to be based on its filings) values it way above trips. Equally, the fact they are going to continue to maintain reporting standards (although not with the SEC as this is costly and not required during a dormant stage), makes them attractive to anyone looking to purchase a shell and reverse merge into it quickly.

They did not say they were actively seeking a buyer, but I think the way the company is conducting itself would indicate that they are.
