Here is the thing the dividend was supposed to be in Starfest. Problem is you CAN'T provide a dividend to a company that isn't being traded. What it sounds like EV did to not be proven a liar is went out and got a shell of some sort and is issuing dividens to that company. He could transfer starfest to them so technically the shares are for starfest (technically the company that holds it). It's all a cover up to stay with in the realm of being legal.
