Still trying to piece together the history of the BEHL shell.


Ok to the best of my knowledge so far. It looks like Daniel Motsinger owned the shell formerly known as AutoMax Group Holdings, Inc. before it was purchased by the BioCentric Energy group for them to becoming a publicly trading company.

I have found several websites that still list BioCentric Energy under a North Carolina address which certainly belonged to AutoMax Group Holding Inc before the merger.

As previously reported on a Form 8K Current Report, on October 15, 2008, the Company issued 2,500,000 common shares to Starr Consulting, Inc. and its assigns in exchange for forgiveness of a promissory note made in favor of Starr Consulting, Inc. on August 7, 2006 and having a face amount of $50,000 plus interest accrued of $50,000. The estimated price per share of the transaction was $0.04. The Company also reported that it had agreed that it would issued issue additional shares to Starr Consulting, Inc. and its assigns if they failed to realize $100,000 in proceeds from their 2,500,000 shares within 90 days of issuance. Ok so that all makes sense so far obviously Motsinger and his group purchase the Notes for shell companies then later sell them or sometimes some of their group stays on as officers and runs the shell.

Probably they purchased the AutoMax Group Holdings, Inc shell at some point then sold it to Fisher and his gang then it became BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (BEHL)




But things get more interesting. Did you see who signed the PR as the IR person for Intellihomes Inc after Daniel Motsinger took over as the CEO? Dominic Martinez.

Turns out Dominic Martinez was not just the IR person for In Control Security, Inc but also an officer according to this filing for Plateau Mineral Development, Inc which was - no big surprise - controlled by this same group that bought up all those other shells.

Interesting that this same group that seems to be playing penny shell games Dominic Martinez, Dan Motsinger, Joe Overcash, Kelli Myers, Steve Mathews, Daniel Starczewski, Frank Morelli, Barbara Morelli, Angela Martinez, and these others had a hand in bringing both the AutoMax shell and the Envirotek shell to the BioCentric.


Not sure how relevant it all is, but it was interesting to follow the bread crumbs. It would probably be interesting to find all the pinky shells they own in some shape and form and see how each of the companies were run.
