**We have 2 "shells", for lack of a better term, that recently filed a form 15 with the SEC(Clean).

**Both pps bottomed suddenly

**Both became non-reporting recently

**Both have same attorney

**Both restructured the shares to approximately 50B Authorized.

**Both established several series of Preferred Shares to be sold for $2.50

**Both have ANTI-DILUTION clauses in their recently filed paperwork.

**Both are coming out of a consolidation period and both charts are looking crazy good!


If you view the filings for SDIR on the Wyoming Secretary of State website you will see they filed for the amendment on NOV. 15, 2010 for the Preferred Shares Series C, which are discussed in the MXGD Bylaws Amendment.
