their business license expires next year and the way it looks they will have to dilute any shares they may have to reinstate it. pps is tanking and so is their business. the O/S on pinksheets was updated in june 2010 and the link(http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=r77zNda8XolRhvQTx0eAOA%253d%253d&nt7=0) in the ibox was filed in 1999. this company has no chance in my opinion. it is more of a hobby than a business. to buy this stock is to donate to your loss for next years taxes. mayday...mayday!!! this pps will never sniff a penny.
