How to Insert Charts into Posts and IBox

How to Insert a Chart into a Post.

These instructions are if you have the new Windows 7 operating system on your computer.

1) go to www.stockcharts.com
2) Set up your chart that you want to post.
3) Then go down to the left corner of your desktop window and click on the Windows icon.
4) At the top of or somewhere in there is a program called Snipping Tool (new windows feature).
5) Click on the Snipping Tool and the whole window will go fuzzy and your cursor will turn into a "+". Take that "+" up to the upper left corner of where you want to start and drag it down to the right corner and then let go.
6) A new window will pop up and the you can save the image in My Pictures. note: remember where you save it because you will have to go there again to retrieve it.
7) Then go to the image upload, in your Settings, on the hub and upload by clicking on the browse button, search for your image. Once you find it, choose it by clicking or double clicking, this will put the image into the upload box, then click Upload button.
8) Once uploaded you will see your image to the left, highlight and copy the image in the "Embed" box.
9)Then go to post a new post and paste the copied image into the post, preview and there you have it. You can add text either above or below the chart too

How to post a Chart into your IBOX!

You will get auto updates every 20 minutes for your stock chart and here are the steps:

1) Go to Stockcharts.com and get your chart and update how you want it to look in the inbox. http://www.stockcharts.com
2) Once that is done, then right click your mouse on the image and select Properties. In Properties highlight the URL link completely, right click and Copy, then click the OK tab.
3) Go to your Ibox and click on where you want to place the chart.
4) Click on the Insert/Edit Image icon.
5)Under the Image Info tab you'll see a URL box. Right click inside that tab then Paste the copied link into that box. Then click Ok, the image should show up in the ibox as the chart, click the Save button and there you have it.


Post Pix to your Signature and Posts

This will show you how to post pix to your signature and other posts.

1) Go to the Settings link, upper right. Click on My Account then My Pictures or Image upload.

Then click on the Browse button and then find your pic that you want to upload from the location on your computer and double click it, it will be loaded into the box then, after that occurs, click on the Upload button

Highlight the text in the box called "Embed" by placing your cursor at the beginning of the text, left clicking and dragging the cursor to the end of the text in the box, then right click the mouse and click Copy. Now you are ready to make your Signature.

2) Go back up to Settings and into your account and click on My Signatures

Click on Create New Signature

In the box, right click your mouse again and click Paste into the box. Click the Preview button to make sure your picture went thru. You can add text to the box either on top or below the text in the box by scrolling back down to the box and placing it into the box. When finished Preview again and if satisfied then click on the Save box

Click on the link that says Make This My Default and then the next screen pops up with a green background

You now have your new signature with the image for posting. The next time you make a post the signature will show up in your post. To change the signature just go back and redo all the steps in this post and do the same as before. iHub lets you do this as much as you want.

How to post pix into a new post

Retrace step 1) and then got to the new post and make your message , when you are good with your message place your mouse cursor where you want the image, right click the mouse and click Paste. Preview and if satisfied click Submit Post.

CREATE YOUR OWN ALERT PICKS STREAMER
For anyone that's interested in creating their own streamer with this weeks picks, all the picks for this week are posted below. Just copy them as they are listed.

1.Click on streamer
2.Click on edit monitor lists
3.Type 'Alerts & Daily Hot Picks' for monitor name
4.Type ACDU in the 'Stocks' box
5.Cick 'create new monitor'
6.Click 'OK' on the ACDU profile that pops up.
7.Click on Alerts & Daily Hot Stocks monitor from the list
8.With the streamer now open Copy all the picks below and Paste them in the 'Add Stocks" box. click 'Add' when new window pops up with all the listed stocks click 'Ok'
