So how does a company that currently:

1. Has no product
2. Half a system
3. Largest scale of their Gen III system to date that has not been proven
4. Still needs a working and efficient harvester
5. Still needs to integrate several key components to the system before inoculation
6. Still has to inoculate
7. Still has to hope for a successful inoculation, growth cycle leading into a harvesting cycle
8. Still has to produce a quality product with no contamination
9. Still has to produce enough quantity (this one here really sticks out because of the timeline)

By the way notice how quickly the whole “BNPD” production just got dropped for this order. I do believe the whole DVJ project ¾ of an acre was to be producing strictly for them? Now they are no longer a priority in this. Also the quantity they have to produce is not going to happen by February, so how are they going to meet this obligation? I surely would hope that they are not going to buy product elsewhere to swag this….Just another huge cost that self defeats the whole premise of a commercial product capable of producing quality product in quantity, in short periods of time.

I agree the same as usual crap, they publicly release these items without proof reading them or thinking about what they are stating. Then later on it gets turned around by interpreters to mean something completely different. I mean this should stick out like a sore thumb here, they state an "Acquisition for all assets" and yet to date nothing really was "acquired" but yet all assets was stated.

Now it is a measurement and wording issue again that they cannot stand behind, but hey it is all clear now that interpreters have coaxed them into making a much more tangible statement.
