This is a tough day to call. There were so many attorneys that the hearing was held in a different courtroom, with her regular courtroom set up with video as an overflow. Tomorrow, it might be used, it was not today.

Judge Mary was much further away, and I had a less direct eye shot than I usually do, sorry to report. She was as bored and frustrated and ultimately engaged in the TPS arguments as we all were.

The TPS team was pumped, just watching them in the courtroom was great, not to mention on energetic the delivery was.

BR's team was less so, even BR himself.

Notable for their absence today was anyone from the EC or FDIC. Tomorrow we start all over again!

I had a splitting headache, so decided to leave just before the Dime guys presented. I ended up riding the elevator down with an attorney for WMI who turned to me and said, you can't leave now...you ALWAYS stay until the end! Guess we have been noticed :)
