SHARE STRUCTURE ISSUE


I spoke with Jody Burfening with Lippert/Heilshorn (our investors relations contact). She could only give me the share structure as of Sep 30th from the 10-Q, but She is very surprised at people thinking a fully reporting company is doing something material behind shareholders backs. So are they diluting ? Probably not to the extent some of you want us to believe.
