What lows of .02? Isn't it at it's lows right now? Is there a problem with the chart iHub has for this stock?

I don't get into fundamentals. In this case, the conditions in that financing package are ornery and pretty self-serving to the company officers and not the shareholders.

I'd pass it by someone you trust for their opinion on it.
