VANCOUVER, BC – Sidon International Resources Corporation (the “Company”) wishes to
announce the appointment of Grant Seibel to act as an investor relations consultant to the Company.

Mr. Seibel will assist the Company concerning the communication with the financial community and
current shareholder base as well as corporate compliance issues.

The investor relations agreement with Mr. Seibel is for a twelve (12) month contract at the monthly fee
of CDN$2,500 per month. In addition, the Company will grant Mr. Seibel 300,000 options at a
deemed price of $0.08 upon TSX Venture Exchange approval.
