AHIP/CBAI Alliance... what say you to the company PR inquiry I made?

Response: Thank you for your inquiry. In fact, we consider CBAI to be an alliance partner with the National Association which represents U.S. Health Insurance Plans. That language was approved by AHIP(America's Health Insurance Plans) prior to the news release being issued. The official term that AHIP uses is "Supporting Organization Member." You say potato, I say potatoe. The key, what is really important, is that we believe this relationship will prove important to CBAI and its investors in allowing us to present the benefits of our services of the 1,300 member companies which provide health insurance to more than 200 million Americans.

My Letter:

Hello: Hoping you could help me with the recent PR release titled:
"Cord Blood America Becomes Alliance Partner of National Association Representing Over 1300 U.S. Health Insurance Plans."
http://www.cordblood-america.com/cbai-news/182-cord-blood-america-becomes-alliance-partner-of-national-association-representing-over-1300-us-health-insurance-plans

There is a lot of chatter on the investment blogs that dispel this recent PR as stunt or false advertisement. Could you offer clarification? Is the AHIP-CBAI relationship an 'alliance' or is it simply a 'membership' to AHIP's titled: "Supporting organization Membership."
http://www.ahip.org/content/default.aspx?docid=23724

I have looked throughout the AHIP website for Cord Blood America being listed as an alliance partner but the one area I do find the company is in the "Supporting Organization Membership." There's a big difference between alliance partners and membership dues paid for by CBAI to be listed on the AHIP website.

I am hoping you can provide me with further guidance regarding this important issue. Is it an alliance partnership or is it simply a membership. Your attentiveness to this matter is greatly appreciated

Best Regards,
