Did the Telogis Geobase update their technology with RMTD's Rediview?

I would think so!

At the time Geobase was a "Division" of Telogis, and RMTD was still getting the contracts... REDIview must have benn better then Telogis Geobase

Look at the dates these products were available, 2007.... RMTD was well ahead of Telogis technology at the time

Pop-up alerts with optional sound will direct the manager to the REDIview Alerts page where they can review and manage alerts. Alerts may also be sent via email and text message.

So what happened? RMTD spent the money to build the infrastructure, and the time to build all their client base. I think the deal was already planned a year before after the geobase got RMTD technology... IMO. Problem was at that time RMTD was still bringing the money with new client contracts... To get a better deal for all involved, it was to delist from the otcbb to the pinksheets.

In Telogis best interest to get into the Financial Markets at this time with a Reverse Merger at .0001? I bet it would... What would the problem be? Ha! Paperwork and with RMTDs history, that would almost be a miracle if they could pull that off and get the books squared away before a reverse merger could happen... Good Luck!
