I called Etrade. They erroneously thought the shares were open, not restricted, so they posted them to my account on the 16th.When they discovered their mistake, they retracted them to wait for the certificates that show the shares to be restricted. THis will take a few days to post.

Since the shares are restricted, I am in no hurry.
