Search (1) was performed on the keywords "David Brown and Associates" and "NI 43-101". The search tallied 101 hits. Now, if we subtract out all the hits that also had -"Dutch Gold" in the results we get 5 hits {those 5 hits are hits that have "Dutch" in them, Dutch Mining LLC, actually, but not "Dutch Gold"}. See Search (2). Now, if we subtract out all the hits that had just "Dutch" in them...well, there are ZERO hits. See Search (3). In other words, the only time "David Brown and Associates" "NI 43-101" is found in a Google search is when it was mentioned with either Dutch Mining LLC or Dutch Gold Resources. If you perform a search with just "NI 43-101" you receive 747,000 hits/results. Conclusion: David Brown and Associates doesn't really appear to "exist", in a meaningful way, in my opinion...and appears to have been used only by companies with "Dutch" in their names to adhere to rule "NI 43-101".
