You would not have liked my first post at all. I am extremely upset with EMAX (EMXC.pc). Originally, a friend of mine talked me into buying some of this penny stock. Because she was dealing directly with the CEO, she told me to leave the "payable to" portion of my check blank because she wasn't sure who it should be made out to. Trusting her, I did it. My friend filled in the pay-to part of my check with her own name and deposited it into her personal account. Then, she wrote her own check for the total amount, which included her shares, my shares, etc.. I did get confirmation from the CEO which had my information listed correctly. Later, my so-called friend broke up with me and sent an email to the CEO asking that my shares be transferred to hers. She did this out of spite. It's a messy situation personally. I now have an attorney that specializes in SEC matters. He's very good and has never lost a case. Just goes to show, you can't trust anyone and especially those you should be able to.
