Cotton Jr. and Sharon Vazquez for and on behalf of Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. as trustees, pursuant to a corporate consent resolution and trustee contract by and between the parties.

The companies are legally married. You don't see CWRN on the sign for the same reasons you don't see the name of the Belgian corporation that owns Anheuser Busch on every label of a BudLight bottle. It is simply unnecessary.
