increadible lol. Ok so lets say that on August 31st they started working on the papers, and on Nov 12th they were 50-75% done.
A little math can tell us when they "should" be 100% done.

If we are 50% done, that would mean 73 days to get halfway done, so another 73 days and we are at January 24th..
If we are 75% done, then we need another 24 days to be 100% done, or December 6th..
