The Convertible debentures 3 of the 5 convertible debentures calculate the # of shares as being:
The amount of loan to convert divided by / 50% of the avg of lowest 5 closing prices last 15 days
The CLOSING PRICE MATTERS!!!
So let's take this example as of closing bell today 11/16/2010 here's the previous 15 days trading prices and calculate the amount of potential shares converted if they decide to convert today. Let's assume the Closing Prices, vs the Intraday Low (if no paintjob is done at closing) and the Intraday High (if the paint job can get us to the intraday high)
