Probably not until it reaches $.001. Because of the low A/S,
shorter's and MM's are not even willing to touch it, because they
don't know if there will be enough activity to cover their short
positions.

ECPL mismanaged this company very badly, and thought they were
going to be able to upgrade this company with the R/S. They
totalled misjudged what effect the R/S would cause, and are not
going to be able to recover for a long time. Now, they are in
real trouble because the low (no) volume effects their ability
to acquire new loans that are based upon converible notes, because
no lender wants a note, convertible, that can not be cashed in
with the sale of converted stock.

What is guaranteed is that ECPL is not going to tell any of its
shareholders what it is going to do until after they have done it,
as they don't want to scare away any new potential investors (if
there are any) with more undesireable news.
