Nation's Sixth Largest Lender Teams Up With CyberZONE

SAN DIEGO, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CyberZONE, Inc. (OTC: CBZJ - News), www.cyberzoneinc.com, announces today that Olympia Funding, a national residential lender and broker, has agreed to partner with CyberZONE, Inc to finance new franchise owners.

CyberZONE recently launched a national franchising campaign for it's subsidiary, CyberBrew, which currently operates several "CyberBrew Net Cafe" stores in California that sell specialty coffee drinks and smoothies in an Internet-cafe/cyber-gaming setting. CyberBrew expects between 40-50 locations open or under construction by December of 2005.

Requests for franchises all over the US and Canada have been high as the company also announced the signing of two more corporate locations in San Diego. The partnership with Olympia Funding will further aid CyberZONE in their franchising quest.
