Noah Holdings (NOAH) IPO Price at $12, Above Expected Range

Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: NOAH) priced its initial public offering of 8.4 million ADSs at $12, above the expected $9-$11 range. Shares will open later today on the NYSE.

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, BofA/Merrill Lynch, Oppenheimer & Co., and Roth Capital Partners.

Noah Holdings is a service provider focusing on distributing wealth management products to the high net worth population in China.
