To all Ihubber’s. As many of you are well aware, we have started a drive to record share counts to send a TOTAL to THJMW on a Letter of Support for the Hoffman request to unseal the documents that are part of the Susman Godfrey move to get an Examiner. I am not one to want to disclose a position or who I am, but that was done many moons ago. Some have a problem with disclosing this info and believe me, we do too, but we urge you to “let your voice be heard.” As a group and not a single voice, we have a much louder voice. If you agree with the Hoffman Request, then you owe to yourself and your family to participate in this effort.

Here is the process..
You send an email to [e-mail]
The email contains your first name, last name, state, shares counts of the classes.

Luv2shop (Cat) is processing the emails. She is the only one besides myself, who has access to this info. Once the info is recorded, she sends you a Thank You and the email is deleted. She is taking up much of her valuable time to do this for us, the letter has been written, it has been revised by our resident law school student (rramirez82) He has done a great job on it. We do not want to release the letter on the Board (at this time), because we want it to be a surprise to all who reads it.
We currently have over 340 shareholders recorded, with 103 emails to go, many emails have multiple names

There is a group (UNITED) of Germans and “across the pond” shareholders. They are participating in this effort with vigor. They are out doing our side at this time. For some reason, we are getting the impression that they are willing to participate in this endeavor much more than the US/Canadian citizens are. The emails we have been getting from them, speaks volumes to this effort.

Look! We would rather sit around and let this be done by someone else, but it has to be done and as a shareholder of (worthless) shares, you have the duty to participate in this action. We do not know what the final outcome will be, but at least we can say “We did everything we could to sway the Judge’s decision in our favor!”

If you care about your investment and the livelihoods of your family’s future, we urge you to participate in this effort. The United Group based out of Germany is 900 strong. Because their leader and organizer has asked them to participate, they are sending emails at a pretty good clip. We are asking you to participate…..

If you care about the outcome of this case and want it to be in your favor, go ahead and send in your Rosen replied (out of the money) share counts. Do not let the debtors win this, “rolling over and playing dead” is not an option.

THJMW seems to be paying attention to us, let’s see if we can sway her in our favor. The law supports the Hoffman request. Mordicai, has posted how the law views an Examiner report that is mostly “hearsay”.
