That Dr. (the dog ate it) Peterson's bio is a hoot. Val couldn't see the red flags waiving right in front of his face. What hope does Mediag3 have with this kind of perpetually juvenile leadership?

Dr. G. D. “Pete” Peterson Bio

Chief Scientist, Director and Co-Founder, Aetos International Corporation
Dr. G. D. “Pete” Peterson, Ph.D., age 68, joined the Company as a Vice President and its Chief Scientist in 1993, when it was organized. He is also a Founder and a Director of the Company. Dr. Peterson has Associate Degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. from Golden State University in Natural Philosophy, a degree combining Linguistics and Semantics with Quantum Physics as related to Thermodynamics and Information Theory. His thesis is Classified. Dr. Peterson has substantial experience in providing technology assessment advice for both public and private organizations throughout the world. Dr. Peterson served ten years in the United States Marine Corps (1962-1972), serving as an Officer in Vietnam for 23 months and served additional time in Japan and Okinawa with a final tour of duty as the (active duty) "Inspector/Instructor" of the U. S. Marine Corps. Reserve Training Center in Newport News, Virginia. In the capacity of a “Marine” he was awarded 12 various medals, 3 by foreign Governments. He was accorded a "Final Top Secret" security clearance and was specially trained by the military as a Military Engineer, Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants Engineer, and a Nuclear Demolitions Expert and performed service as a Nuclear Explosive Devices Team Leader.

In 1972 he joined an “International Trading Company” in Taipei, Taiwan and developed substantial business, manufacturing, and scientific contacts in Taiwan, Mainland China, Russia, the Ukraine, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, and Japan. While travelling and working in these foreign countries Dr. Peterson worked with numerous U.S. Governmental Agencies, acquiring and providing intelligence data to them. In addition he assembled a team of experts in the area of Shrimp growing and harvesting. This group, under Dr. Peterson’s technical direction, designed and built an entirely new concept in shrimp fishing trawlers and negotiated licensing, and designed, built, stocked, and ran off shore ocean based shrimp fisheries in 7 Latin and South American Countries.

In 1974 Dr. Peterson founded a company, CyberDyne, that designed, developed, manufactured and sold the first commercially available microprocessor based computer which had a alphanumeric (“Typewriter”) style keyboard (As compared to “Paddle” switches and 12 and 16 key “telephone style keyboards.). It also was the first computer to have a built in printer, a 16 segment character display, a built in operating system, 3 built in high level programming languages, and which was designed to teach computer science, both hardware and software. It came with both hardware and software self-training courses. This was 2 years before the Commodore Pet was introduced, 2 full years before the Apple One was offered to the public, and 3 years before the introduction of the Radio-Shack TRS-80. Customers for this “Micro” system were every major College and University and nearly every major Corporation, worldwide. Many saw with the introduction of the microprocessor that the newborn infant Computer industry was going to boom. At that time there was no other practical method, system, and related textual materials available for teaching/learning the basics of this industry. CyberDyne was growing at the rate of 100% per month. This company was “seduced” and taken over by a group of very high level ex-employees of IBM. It was purposefully self-destructed by this group in 1978 (per the written “conscience/soul clearing” “death bed confession”, 6 years later, of the leader of this group).

During 1979 through 1986 Dr. Peterson did original research in the design and computerization of Electro-Acupuncture diagnostic equipment. In this equipment, the Acupath-1000, first delivered to the French Academy of Sciences in 1980, he pioneered the first commercial usage of the 3.5" (Sony) floppy disk drive, the standard for floppy disks today. This equipment also had voice recognition, computerized stereo music and sound production, a word processing program, a relational database program, computerized hardware and software graphics and drafting, a graphical user interface with a light pen input device, and human sounding artificial speech built in. This was 16 months before the introduction of the IBM PC, which had none of these innovations available for five to as much as ten years. These Electro-acupuncture machines (and their successors) are currently being used worldwide by over 3000 M.D.'s and 400 Veterinarians as their primary tool of medical diagnosis and treatment selection. Over 1.5 million patients have been seen in more than 800 clinics in the 20 years since its introduction. Many of these clinics have become World famous. Most are booked 6-12 months in advance. The success rate of these clinics averages nearly 80%, according to the patients. During this time Dr. Peterson also taught and researched Electro-Acupuncture diagnosis and treatment in Canada, Britain, France, Russia, and the United States.

From 1983 to 1988, Dr. Peterson was associated with Mykro Industries, Inc., serving as its Director of Research Development. “Mykro” designed, built, certified, and sold (over 100 vehicles) a small composite monocoque (Frameless composite structure with built in rollover and collision protection.) Sports Car. This car, the Midas, weighed in at less than 900 pounds, without engine, and would go 130+ MPH, when powered by a modest 1.3 Liter 4 cylinder engine. Produced in Britain, this car would lap European Formula one Race Tracks at no more than 1.5 seconds per lap slower than the Formula One race cars of the day. It was never beaten in its class in European sports car racing. This vehicle was certified for full production in Germany, the hardest country in the world in which to certify a production vehicle. The prototype model was tested by Ford Motor Company at its vehicle proving ground in Arizona and pronounced it unfit for human use. Its “structure was too strong” and “would damage the occupants” in a collision through “near instantaneous deceleration.” It had proven nearly indestructible. Ford recommended redesigning the car so as to have “a crushable frontal structure”, so as to “cushion the passengers in a crash”. This re-design was accomplished, tested, and the vehicle put into production in 1983. An untimely intentional arson of an attached neighboring (Industrial Park) business, coupled with the refusal of the insurance company to pay restitution to the nearby companies who were also burned to the ground, totally destroyed the company, physically and financially, in late 1988. The insurance company was owned by the Queen of England, who could capriciously decide if she wished to honor her contracts or not and, of course, couldn’t be sued.

During the 1989-1990 school year Dr. Peterson taught, by invitation, specialized classes in various areas of Computer Science and Techniques for Computer Assisted Education, at the College level.

From 1991 to 1993, Dr. Peterson served as Director of Research Development for Ashurst Technology Corporation in the area of identifying and evaluating new technologies from the previously Soviet Ukraine and moving these technologies into commercial applications. He was responsible for bringing to the U.S. Military/Industrial Complex. Many of these new technologies out of the world renowned "I.M. Frantzhevik Institute for Problems in Materials Sciences" (I.P.M.S.) in the former Soviet Ukraine.

Beginning in 1993 he worked for 2 ½ years in the area of internal combustion engines. He developed an electronic fuel metering and injection system for use on Liquefied Natural Gas powered Diesel engines, a Hydrogen production and injection system for reducing toxic emissions and increasing power and fuel mileage in gasoline fueled engines, and a computerized camshaft design program.

In 1994 Dr. Peterson was elected, by the Russian Academy of Sciences, as the 18th member of the Board of Directors of the Russian "Astronautics Association for Mankind", the Russian equivalent to our N.A.S.A.. He had previously been awarded the Gold “Order of Lenin” for his work in satellite antenna technology, speech clarification methods for astronaut communication, medical diagnostic technology, and in pioneering and assisting in the building of orphanages, orphan specific educational systems, and orphan built and run children’s hospices and medical care centers in numerous towns within the CIS
(Confederation of Independent States, the old “Soviet Union.”) after the “fall of the wall”.

Prior to 1986 and from 1998 up to the present time, Dr. Peterson has had direct involvement in many aspects of international technology assessment, semiconductor production and “wafer scale testing”, microprocessor architecture and design, energy storage, military and possible civilian usage of nuclear explosive devices, radio, microwave, and optical communications, electromagnetic communication antennas, environmental engineering, direct conversion of thermal energy to electricity, solar cell design and construction, super capacitor design and construction, human and animal health physics, natural and homeopathic pharmaceuticals, chemical processes, blending and reclamation of plastic materials, microprocessor architecture and design, computers, devices for implementing absolute data security, highway and natural gas pipeline engineering, construction, maintenance, and field survey, the use of computers in education, and in original research in theoretical physics and Informational Fields and their commercial application. This later included Quantum Informational Field communication over interstellar distances at supraluminal speeds and infinite distances without the need for high power consumption. For the last two years this has been being developed for use in the construction of equipment for the worldwide real time tracking, control, and physical security of storage and ocean, rail, and highway shipping of containerized or trailerized high value and/or temperature controlled (“Cold Chain”), Military, or dangerous items/goods/merchandise.
