Have been lucking here for 2 years, after reading so much speculation on if SS was still on the case or not I decided to ask. Here is the question and answer.

Mr. Steven Susman,

I am a shareholder in WAMUQ, WAMPQ and WAMKQ. Are you still representing the Equity holders in Washington Mutual Bankruptcy case or , as far as you are concerned, the case has ended with no payout for the shareholders. I have been following filings in regard to this case and notice from recent billings from Susman Godfery you have little or no time noted on this case. It seems to indicate that your involvement in this may have come to a conclusion. Would this be correct?
