I spoke with Nazir yesterday. He ASSURED me that he did NOT create any stock after last Feb's. He also assured me that he is hit VERY hard by the drop in stock prices as he STILL holds 1 million shares of cdiv from February. He also assured me that a profit statement will be issued shortly and THAT will give shareholder confidence. He said we can ALL call the TA and cdiv is not gagged so they CAN tell you when all shares were created. He said that Apple is 3 months behind with every monthly payment check they send and that is also a hardship. BUT projected income growth is VERY strong and we should all just hang on. He said he also felt that the 'powers that be' are taking terrific advantage of the lack of fluff pr's and frequent communication. He is also sure that there are alot of AIR SHARES out there and I suggested he force a share count forcing those 'powers that be' to cover their positions. I am hangin in and hangin strong, but I would be lying to say that recent price dips haven't upset me, AND I LET HIM KNOW THAT TOO. I also told him that I reported cdiv, pntv and eigh to the SEC for inspection and share count and after 1/2 hour on the phone with me, the SEC agreed to pursue an examination of those 3 symbols. He also said to ask all those with an interest in these stocks to CALL THEM AS WELL, then they will have MANY complaints to pursue. Remember when you dial, just hit #6 and then #2 to expedite your call to a human being and they DO pick up relatively quickly. LET ME BE CLEAR! I SAID I WAS MRS. MARY HOUSEWIFE WITH my savings in these companies and I felt strongly that they were being manipulated by those that ARE allowed to short the stock and that is NOT the regular shareholders! THEY ASSURED ME that if they get enough noise they WILL look into it. ALso, if they have to halt the stock for 3 days for examination, that it would be a good thing, not bad. It would stop manipulation for at least those 3 days. I am happy with all my conversations that I had concerning cdiv, eigh and pntv. laura
