Sounds right. I have watched the stock go up and down
from .02 to .10 and was trying to make a few dollars
when it went back up from here.

So if you can't buy shares, who is manipulating the stock when it
goes to .010? and then what the heck sends it back to .02. Doesn't make much sense to me. There must be someone out there who can buy and sell the stock.
