What "pending merger"? There has been no merger announced. That BS from this company of crooked goons is the same as the 10 cent dividend scam. It isn't going to happen unless they just dump the whole mess into another shell controlled by the same con men. Then you would have the same thing you have here. Nothing-- nothing at all.
