Updates:

1. WHO IS ENSOL?

Brian Shiah of EnSol (www.ensolinc.com) emailed me today and wrote, "Ensol, Inc. has no involvement with this company [PMDP] or the tire converter project." I explained to Shiah that PMDP identified their website as the subject of their press release.

I then emailed PMDP 1) explaining Cathy of PMDP told me the website of the EnSol they claim to be in partnership with is www.ensolinc.com (who denied it), and 2) asking for identifying information of said EnSol under further explaining that if I do not receive a response by the end of this week, I will contact the SEC.

2. IS PMDP's CURRENT COUNSEL BRUCE M. PRITCHETTE?
Post No. 8268, Jan. 1, 2009, on DMTA board had a lot of interesting things to say about this guy.

Bruce M. Pritchett, 43, sleazebag attorney, obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from the University of Washington in Seattle, where he was Managing Editor of the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. A “Bruce M. Pritchett, Jr.” authored a paper in 1994 describing Adam’s fall from grace which appears in the online Mormon Monastery through the Maxwell Institute, an affiliate of BYU. The paper concludes that “evil and suffering in the world could be for man's benefit…” which might be interpreted as a rationalization of inflictions since then visited upon the worldwide community of penny shareholders.

Mr. Pritchett has served as corporate counsel for World Alliance Consulting (renamed Feng Shui Consultants Inc.), an Allen Z. Wolfson company. Mr. Wolfson is a legend in the penny stock industry. He has been indicted and incarcerated many times in his long career for financial fraud and penny stock manipulation that notably includes the Sukomo Group scam in which over a hundred people eventually faced charges.

Mr. Pritchett has served as president, CEO and a director of the publicly traded company, Premier Brands, Inc. (renamed CathayOne, Inc.), a Richard Surber company. CathayOne was delisted from the OTCBB in 2001 and the company’s SEC registration was revoked for failure to file reports. Thus, the attorney who signed the D Mecatronics (DMTN) “adequate disclosure” opinion was once the president of a company that saw its SEC registration revoked for failure to, in essence, make adequate disclosure. Mr. Pritchett’s official tenure as president ended in year 2000 and delisting occurred the following year.

Mr. Pritchett has served as corporate counsel to the Axia Group, Inc. (renamed Hudson Consulting Group, Inc.), a Richard Surber company. Richard Surber is also an attorney who attended BYU and is the nephew of Allen Z. Wolfson. Mr. Surber is a well known penny stock promoter who began his career under the tutelage of his uncle at the age of 19. An internet article authored by InternetZoro had this to say about Messieurs Surber and Pritchett; “…Hudson Consulting Group, Inc., a Salt Lake City-based company formerly known as "A to Z Consulting" which was 100% owned and controlled by none other than Allen "Sandy Claus" Wolfson. Today Hudson is run by Wolfson's nephew, Richard "Nothing but the rent" Surber, Utah attorney Bruce Pritchett, and others.

InternetZoro was famously sued by another mob-connected penny stock manipulator, Michael Zwebner, as a “John Doe” for posting negative comments on a message board regarding a stock scam that Mr. Zwebner was running at the time. InternetZoro showed up at the trial unannounced and over plaintiff Zwebner's objections offered testimony. InternetZoro later offered the following information relating to Mr. Pritchett, “Young attorney Pritchett, evidently inspired by a recent press release published by Zwebner in which Zwebner dubiously claimed to have "won" a $1 million judgment against two internet posters, and armed with documents from Zwebner's attorney Mark O. Van Wagoner, himself appeared online recently on the Raging Bull KLYS stock chat board, threatening critical posters with a lawsuit if they did not retract their nasty comments regarding Surber, Hudson, KLYS, and other activities related to Wolfson and Surber. Pritchett, a BYU graduate whose appearance on Raging Bull became a public relations disaster for both Surber and KLYS, finally had to make his own public retraction and withdrawal from the popular message board."

A "Bruce M. Pritchett" currently serves as counsel to D Mecatronics. On May 30, 2008, Mr. Pritchett signed an adequate current information disclosure on DMTN's behalf. Less than three weeks later, it was revealed that DMTN's registration had been voided by the Delaware Department of State.

A “Bruce M. Pritchett” is currently employed as a partner in the law firm of Martin & Pritchett, Cornelius, NC.

3. AUBREY C. WILLIAMS, Jr., Ph.D."
PMDP, in one of their press releases, claims this guy performed environmental laboratory testing over this past summer at EnSol lab. WILLIAMS is an Asst. Professor at Southern University. Tonight, I emailed WILLIAMS asking if he would provide me with contact information for EnSol where he performed the testing.
