ICOA is selling at a 38% discount.
Please correct me if my math is off, but he’s how I read it…

On Oct, 7th, PR for the retirement of 4.5B of the restricted shares over the next 90 Days. The share price prior to 10/07 PR range was .0004-.0008.

On 10/28 PR stated the 4.5B shares represented 65% of the outstanding shares, which tells us the total outstanding share count is 7B.

On 10/18 and 10/28 PR’s stating the actual retirement of 1.3B and 1.3B outstanding shares respectfully for a total count of 2.6B shares retired.

2.6B shares is 38% of the total outstanding shares as of the 10/07’s PR. And ICOA is trading in the same PPS range as on 10/07. Multiply .0006 X 38% = .000228+ .000 = $.000828

Less shares and the PPS is stuck @ .0005…. Hmmmm?
