During my DD, I kept on coming back to the Form 15D filed on December 30, 2009 with the SEC by Kip Eardley.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd has caused this certification/notice to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned duly authorized person.

DATE: December 30, 2009 BY: /s/ Kip Eardley
Name: Kip Eardley
Title: President

I was questioning on whether there could be misrepresentations (false or misleading statement) made by Kip Earley and what could be the consequence of his actions if proven guilty. I've looked at the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and found the following provision and I hope that Kip is acting in good faith as current market cap of AEGP at Friday's close is only $649k (5.791m x 0.12) versus the $5m fine (and 20 years imprisonment plus may be the end of his career).

I believe this further solidifies the Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd connections and it is just a matter of time (coupled with further extensive DDs) for us to find out.
