Sadly, I've received the original document from Surkov via email, and yes, it has been forged. EIK has it as well and has posted it on his board. The letterhead has an incorrect email address and it was from earlier this year, and originally written to someone else. There's more. I don't have the energy right now to post this or forward it to anyone, again it has been posted on his board already along with other translations and comments. I believe his description of this scenario is accurate.

I don't really care about the buyback. I know the company has a shady past, but that's simply illegal and will be reported. I have lost money here, and I don't appreciate an IR rep telling me we can't get more information because "they do business differently in Russia". I'm not THAT stupid. Good luck.
