JUST GOT OFF PHONE WITH STEVE/ IR, MUST READ!!!:

I just called Steve Parent from IR department at Sunergy Inc.

HOLY MOTHER YOU GUYS HAVE TO READ WHAT HE SAID!

First of all he's a very nice talkative guy, if you don't believe me what i'm listing here, call him and ask him everything you want.

1) The new company is bringing 750k $ to the table...

2) ...Because they're investing in this 2 billion $ gold mining operation and interested to make huge $$$.

3) The 2 billion $ worth of Gold he said is way conservative, he believes the river area in Sierra Leone holds around 10-20 billion $ worth of Gold, especially since Gold prices are going up and up.

4) The company has turn-around a complete new management/ strategy for this and he too can't believe people were able to pick up these kind of cheap shares now because of the past the company doing forward split. And then he said there was a sell off because of Investors impatience and the company just started the whole turn-around recently/ now.

5) I asked him if he believed the current float/ O/S could make it to .10-.40 cents area at all and he said, not only that but 2.00+ range will be the case in the coming months/ next year. When investors start realizing how big the project is and how much $$$ worth of profits.

6) i asked him if that is without the company doing any R/S or anything to the stock and he confirmed, yes there will be absolutely no intervention!

7) They're already profiting each day now.

I didn't believe you about the dollar pps evaluation and that's why i called the company.
