Well here it is...This has to be fairly blunt. Bill Petty is now operating primarily on his own in Bolivia. I will keep this focused on Franklin Mining since this is where our investments lie.

Bill has to begin to show some CEO leadership for investors. Operations on the ground in Bolivia regarding Franklin seem to be in dispute.

Personally I am now moving this investment to the status of "Lottery"

From here on out I will not impose on Bert for any updates as Franklin's future seems to now be completely in the hands of Bill Petty.

What does that mean for us as investors? It means it is time to begin to hold Bill accountable for information released, projections not met, trading violations etc.

I will not invest another penny here until there is some evidence of cash flow and a rise in share price.

Any further details will have to come from Franklin and Bill Petty!

Sorry to be less than enthusiastic, but 4 years of holding this stock has not been profitable.
