yes the o/s and the float is what i am after, im still working on it. the previous owners, did a few screwy things with the share count before they lost the company and when i have free time, im pouring over these filings to see what happened. from what i can tell so far, they somehow did a "split" but only with shares that were not in the float, they raised the a/s from 200m to 5b, and the o/s went from 200m to 3.3b, the float went from 19m to 900m (this is not verified but its the best number i can come up with at the moment per their own filings).

if the new company did this to acquire the building and machinery needed to get the manufacturing contract fom VST (as per Knight78 DD), its a win win unless you were a shareholder before the drop.

i said it before and ill say it again; this will take off imo, its just a matter of time. my best guess says 3-6 mo. before we see the co. ready to start release pr's that are worthy of buying pressure and that is just my opinion. it may happen sooner or it may happen later or it may never happen at all. im betting due to my own DD, that regardless of when it happens, it will happen, and im using money that i can lose and or let sit until it does. patience is a virtue with this one.
