Breakaway gaps, like the one by BTOW yesterday can do indefinitely without getting filled
as for the 60 min chart, I think it looks excellent with two big white candles in the last two hours of trading to bring the stock back from 0.014 to close at 0.019 - that shows strength IMO as stocks often sell off end of day
