sahd, thanks for your help. If the dreaded extra E just appeared last week or so then they should have 60 days to get their filings updated, or only 30 days if they are a repeat offender.

I've tried a little to dig up what can be found out about the company, and when it comes to numbers its confusing because i'm looking at two different things and it makes it hard to figure out what is happening profitability wise. What is to be trusted, who knows, I see a -.10 for the first half of 2010, and then i see a positive .01 for Q2, I have no idea where this is headed.

Whats surely not good is that the O/S has increased tenfold in the last year sometime, up to 110M outstanding now or so.

What would be really helpful is if there was some contact info in the Ibox, I'm not sure i want to go thru the hassle of DDing this situation out when i'm already eyeing so many fish in the china sea. Suffice to say it is probably at this dismal level due to the non-reporting, and without communication from MGMT it is impossible to say if they intend on rectifying the situation. JADA went E not too long ago and they filed in under the wire. Been filing good since. CGDI got the E and did nothing, went back to the pinks. PPS has been dismal ever since. If MGMT is serious about getting the PPS right then they will report. But then again perhaps they are going to the pot...

The balance sheet from before looks OK at best, with these advertising companies its hard to tell what they consider to be intangible assets... Basically a BV of .04 is hard to swallow when they essentially own no hard assets.

I will be watching and perhaps take a small gamblers position but until I can see something that makes me think they are not headed towards BK I will refrain from taking them too seriously.
