The ds was approved to go out with several changes as a result of the objections. it will be ready for the court by tomorrow and KCC can have the ds ready to mail by Friday. Voting ends on 11/15, objections to confirmation are due on 11/19.

The examiner's report will be out by the end of next week in the redacted version, and public in whichever version by 11/1.

I need to run to another meeting, so I don't have time to post from all my notes, but the process is fascinating. I can only marvel at the expense involved in holding a hearing filled with expensive attorneys to approve sending something out that lacks facts (examiner's report) that could materially change or negate all or part of the document. Frankly, it seems like a waste to me and for the first time I am disappointed in Judge Mary for not seeing the bogus argument (IMHO) of dollars saved for the estate...and allowing this ds to go out now when she must have some reasonable expectation of significant findings by the examiner.

More later this afternoon/early evening. Need to eat lunch and run to the next agenda item :)
