The bright CEO aka Board of Directors aka Kelly aka con artist #2 forgot to cancel the divi with FINRA. He was too wrapped up with chosing the right words to keep the poor stuckies in "share buy back, patient etc..." than to notify the appropriate party.
The $0.005 divi would only cost him and the other con artists involved in this scam about $750k, which is very little compared to how much they dumped thus far.
Now look what that did, instead of realizing that this entire operation was nothing but a scam (no divi for $0.10 was ever to be paid, mathematically impossible) people are now waiting on the next shoe to fall yet still biting the bait...there will be no share buyback, this is done. Stock is below divi price yet you got people still cheering.
Quite amazing how the human brain can be conditionned to believe anything.
