UTA - this is huge news IMO .........

Did anyone catch the SC-13G filing yesterday right before the market close ? ......

A guy named George Valente now owns 6.9% of UTA's outstanding shares. Well I wanted to try and locate this guy to get his thoughts and here's the first thing that popped up in my search ......

I called the phone number listed for the foundation and it was apparently George's home number. He was willing to spend a few minutes with me on the phone and I would encourage anyone that has an interest in UTA to contact him.

George comes across as a very savvy investor and states that his investment in UTA is long term, shares that he purchased on the open market while UTA's recent short-seller attackers were shorting the stock. When we began to talk about the recent short-seller attacks in the China small-cap sector, I pointed out right away that CCME was in the initial stages of seeing the MOASS and George reminded me that UTA's short interest had grown astronomically (link below) in the last two-week reporting period from a measley 237,210 shares short as reported for the period ending 9-15-10 to a whopping 1,520,918 as of the end of September .......

In his several talks with UTA's CEO, he states that she is one really pissed off lady with regards to the recent attacks on her company and she wants nothing more than to make these guys pay. George says that she's a very very sharp lady.

When talking about UTA, George points out that UTA has $30 million in a New York bank account. Hmmmmmm ...... I wonder why ? George is apparently very familiar with the travel industry and referred to Priceline.com several times.

The best thing about our conversation ? George hints that there's plenty of firepower left to take care of short-sellers.

Sorry guys, but with a current P/E of 3.07 at the last AH trade of $4.30 yesterday, UTA is a screaming screaming screaming buy here.
